FUROR SERIES: "Fashion Business "

Hey everyone! This is look #4 from the Furor series- as I told you, we wanted to created completely different looks with different themes in mind. I would totally wear something like this in my dream job: fashion editor of a magazine (even if I were an intern lol). I love how the oversized shirt looks with the leather skirt. Also, we decided to button up the shirt and add a chunky necklace- I've seeing a couple of celebrities/models wearing this look and I think it's so chic and modern. Would you wear a shirt like this? Would you wear this outfit if you work in the industry? I want to hear (or read in this case) what you think! HAPPY FRIDAY!

Hola a todas! Este es el look #5 de la serie de Furor- como les conté, estuvimos haciendo diferentes estilismos con cierto tema en mente. Este era más como de "trabajo", pero de trabajo en la industria de moda. Si tuviera mi trabajo soñado en una revista de moda, estoy segura que utilizaría algo así. Me encanta como la camisa grande (puedes hasta robarle una a  tu novio/papá/hermano) contrasta con lo roquero de la falda de cuero. Decidimos hacer algo diferente y abotonar la camisa hasta el final y agregar un collar grande- he visto a muchas celebridades y modelos con este look, me parece super moderno. Cuéntenme que les parece, ¿usarían algo así si trabajaran en un trabajo que les permitiera explorar el lado fashionista? ¿Se atreven a usar la camisa abotonada hasta el final? My boyfriend's bday

As I told you, yesterday was my bf's bday. Even though we only were going to eat dinner with a couple of friends, I like to dress up a little bit for special ocassions- everybody else was wearing jeans but I don't care. We went to a sushi place called Umami, it was delicious! We sang "happy birthday" and that was it. The party is tonight! Como les conté, ayer fue el cumpleaños de mi novio. Y aunque solo ibamos a comer a un sitio de Sushi que nos encanta con un grupo de amigos, a mi me gusta arreglarme un poco más de lo normal para ocasiones como esta- el resto estaba en jeans pero no importa. El sitio se llama Umami, y comimos riquísimo; le cantamos cumpleaños y listo- la celebración es hoy! Todavía no puedo creer que cumplió 24- me acuerdo cuando celebramos juntos su cumpleaños número 19... como pasa el tiempo.  Más abajo les cuento sobre mi outfit....

I've worn this blouse I couple of times in this blog, I love how girly and versatile it is. Yesterday, I decided to take off the tag and worn it backwards.  I added this Amrita Sing necklace, which I love!

He usado esta camisa varias veces en este blog, me encanta que es bastante femenina y versatil a la mima vez. Hoy decidi quitarle la etiqueta y ponermela alreves. Le agregué este collar de Amrita Sign que me fascina!

Also, I wanted to tell you a little bit about my skirt. It was my moms, and she used to wear it in the 80's. You have no idea how long it used to be, I altered it to make it look modern. If you want to see how long it was, check it out HERE.
